On Post Housing

Fort Bliss on post housing is privatized and applicants may be placed on a waiting list until appropriate space becomes available. There are over 3,000 units available for the base population of about 8,600, managed by Balfour Beatty Communities. On post housing areas includes a park, golf course, outdoor recreation facilities, and sports fields. Duplexes, townhomes, and family homes may be available, in 16 neighborhoods, with 2-5 bedrooms, including fully equipped kitchens, and washer/dryer hookups; many have central air and yards, including some fenced yards .
