Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community. 

• The Housing Services Office (915) 568-2653/4731 Is the first and last stop for all service members. They assist with all housing need by providing housing information, mediating disputes and educating all service members.

• The Unaccompanied Housing phone number is: (915)568-6600

• Fort Bliss on post housing is privatized and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities (866) 243-9689, which offers 18 communities based on pay grade. Ammenities offered are playgrounds, pools, dog parks and game rooms just to name a few.
